If you make a purchase from this site you accept these Terms and Conditions.

1 - YOU WILL NOT INITIATE ANY CHARGEBACK ACTION WITH PAYPAL OR YOUR CARD ISSUER DUE TO NON-DELIVERY!

Be perfectly clear on this. We are accepting separate "ship to" addresses from you for your benefit. We will not accept the responsibility of non-delivered goods claims to non-account holder addresses. This is on you. We will furnish proof of mailing or shipping the order, but that is where our responsibility ends.

If you cannot accept this, do not place an order. We are acting for you as a shipper, shipping to the address you supply to us. If this does not meet with your approval - DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!

2 - We make no claims about taxes or fees due at the order's destination.

We have shown a quick reference on our Shipping, Taxes and Import Fees page, but want you to be perfectly clear, it is a quick guide, not a government publication with any legal standing. Here, also, it is your responsibility to understand the laws of the country you are shipping to and to inform your customers they may have charges due at time of delivery.

We will not be responsible for your not informing your customers of the chance they may have additional charges at time of delivery.

3 - We will return all returned refused orders back to our stock.

We will return all orders returned to us due to your customer refusing delivery because of additional charges back into our inventory and will issue no credit to you. We have to handle the goods twice and pay return shipping. Due to the low value of our goods, we will consider your account is even should this occur.

Please bear in mind - We want to help you make a good living by dropshipping. But the low margins we have make it impossible to pay for your mistakes. If you are not comfortable telling your customers they may have additional charges, please do not buy from us. We will do everything we can to help you run a profitable business, but you must help us in return.

These are NOT name brand products, nor do we claim them to be. While in some cases their outward appearance may be similar to nationally and internationally advertised products, these are our own items. Our Own Brand products are made to the same high quality standards of name brands, but do not have the high costs of advertising and promotion included in your cost. You are not paying for our name on a stadium or a blimp.
