Payment Methods

We offer a number of payment options. From Standard PayPal and Credit / Debit cards to PayPal Mass Pay, Western Union and Bank Transfers.

We accept Standard PayPal payments, including their credit and debit card options, on all Prepaid Shipping orders, usually those of 1 to 3 or 4 items, more in some instances. Our cost to process these payments is included in our prices and we take such payments willingly.

We also offer more standard Credit and Debit card processing through a service called Mal's Ecommerce. With this system we are provided with your account details in a secure manner and process the sales as we would a phone or mail order. While not as well known as PayPal, this is a secure system and your details are completely safe.

For those making several to dozens of dropship orders per day, we can also offer "Card on File" processing, where we have your card details on file and simply process one total per day of your accumulated orders. We will supply an agreement form which clearly states we can only charge what we have orders to cover. We offer this with no additional fees to all who are regular multi-order dropshipping customers.

For stock orders of items in quantities higher than the Free Shipping amounts, we do not factor in processing fees and require that you pay us in other ways or pay the 3.75% average we pay to process sales. These orders should be completed by choosing Offline Order at closeout. This will enter the order into our system and allow you to print a copy, which also includes the information you will need to pay us without using PayPal or Mal's Ecommerce.

We would prefer that you save money and pay us with PayPal Mass Pay. Your maximum cost is $1.00 per payment, and it is almost instant, so you do not have to wait for funds to arrive or clear before shipment. Further, we can take payment in US Dollars, UK Pounds or Euros only when you use Mass Pay.

Mass Pay will get your order right into the fulfillment process. The others will take some time to get into our account. We strongly suggest Mass Pay, but there are a few things you should know. First, you MUST, repeat MUST, have the funds in your regular PayPal account. having a backup card or bank account doesn't count. You need the funds to show in this line - Available balance in USD/GBP/EUR (primary): nnnn.nn . We can take USD, GBP or EUR and if you have mixed currencies, you can combine them for the total in PayPal. But they MUST be in PayPal.

There is a specific way to send money via PayPal, we can give you instructions and supply a sample file when you are ready to do so.

We can also be sent funds through Bank Transfer or T/T. The required information is included in our Offline Order at checkout, which is how you will process your order.

The same is true of using Western Union. We prefer the money be sent directly to our bank, an option you can choose at any Western Union office. You will need our bank account information and bank address, which are included on our Offline Order page that you can print out.

You CAN also pay for stock orders with PayPal or your card, but there is a 3.75% fee. We cannot add this fee on the website, as the closeout process will either always charge it or never charge it and we do not want to charge it for dropship orders. So, if you place an order for more than the quantity where we offer free shipping, we will contact you for the fee. When we do, we will provide you with our PayPal address so you can remit the fee. Or, if you are unwilling to pay the fee, we can refund what you have paid. It is entirely up to you.

We cannot offer true wholesale prices and "eat" nearly 4% per sale. We strongly suggest you use Mass Pay, we have buyers using it daily as a routine matter. And we use it ourselves, transferring money from the US to China, in order to pay our suppliers there.
